*Qualifications:  Must be at least 18 years of age and must have had prior training or experience to assume counseling responsibilities.    

* Should be a high school graduate, and preferably have at least one year of college-level education.    

* Must attend the pre-camp orientation training sessions.    

* Must have satisfactorily completed the camp staff application.    

* Responsibilities: Be a spiritual leader & example to the campers and fellow staff members.    

* Live with the group of 8-14 campers, and help each camper to adapt to and profit from the camping experience.   

* Acquaint campers with the facilities, program, and rules of camp.    

* Lead or assist with program activities as assigned by the program director.    

* Be prepared to lead and assist in camp devotional periods.    

* Sit with assigned group in dining hall and maintain order at individual tables.   

* Maintain personal devotional times.   

* Participate in the A.M. Staff prayer meetings.    

* Complete staff evaluation form for the season and have exit interview with camp director
